By purchasing access to Tarot Academy, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Tarot Academy is an educational course offering instruction in tarot reading. Course content, including video lessons and supplementary materials, is intended for personal and professional development. Any guidance, perspectives, or frameworks presented in the course are not legally binding. Please use your own judgment when applying any concepts or practices from the course to your life or professional practice.

Any actions or decisions you make based on course content are your sole responsibility. Tarot Academy and Patrick Barragán cannot be held liable for those decisions. Course content does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Patrick is not a qualified physician, licensed attorney, or financial advisor. Please consult qualified professionals in these fields for appropriate advice.

Access to Tarot Academy is granted to a single user and is non-transferable. Course materials, video lessons, and supplementary resources are for the exclusive use of the original purchaser and may not be shared, distributed, resold, or passed on to any other person in any form. Sharing login credentials with any other individual is strictly prohibited. Tarot Academy reserves the right to revoke access without refund if course access is found to be shared or transferred in violation of these terms.

All sales are final. There are no refunds on the Tarot Academy course or the Certification program. For Certification students, Patrick will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If you do not appear for a scheduled session, that session is forfeited.

Patrick reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
